Scoundrel
This was a small passion project for me intended to be a exercise for future projects.
This is Scoundrel, a card roguelike dungeon crawler. The rules are as follows:
- Your goal is to play through the entire deck (clicking on the deck of cards reveals what's still left - not in order!)
- You start with 20 health points, you lose when your health reaches 0.
- Diamonds -> Weapons, Hearts -> Healing Potions, Clubs/Spades -> Monsters.
- Each "room" contains 4 cards, you have to interact with 3 cards out of the 4 in order to draw 3 new cards from the deck.
- You can "equip" weapons to "slay" monsters and reduce the damage they would have done "bare-handed".
- You can only heal once every room.
- Jacks do 11 damage, Queens = 12, Kings = 13 and Aces = 14.
- You can choose to "reroll" the room by clicking on the joker card IF the room is still untouched. You HAVE to play through the next room in order to use the joker again if you do that.
